Getting Old

House Update

So, I said to come back in a month for updated house pictures and it has been a month as of today. Well come back in two weeks. We are at the point now where everything is about to come together. Ben installed our new railing on Tuesday, our cabinets are getting painted Saturday, the wood floors are being installed Monday, and then from there we can put on our baseboards, casings, and carpet. The appliances are being delivered on July 1st and then we should be done...mostly. We haven't done anything to the basement, which was always part of the plan. Our bathrooms upstairs are the hold out because we are on a plumbers time table now and we will see if they get done in the next two weeks.

Lincoln Says Hi

House Pictures Galore

Ben and I are home owners...again! Last Tuesday we finally got keys for a house in Orem. It was built in 1976 and had been lived in by the original owners the whole time. They never updated the house in anyway, so there is a lot of work for us to do before we move in. As requested by members of my family here are way too many pictures of it, but not the outside cause we forgot to take any. Keep in mind these are Before pictures and Ben has already ripped out....well pretty much everything.

Lincoln and Ellyza

Today Lincoln got to meet his best friend Ellyza. We had to do a photo shoot to commemorate the occasion.

They loved meeting each other.

Lincoln punched her in the face a few times, but she did grab his ear.

But then they made up and held hands.

He can't wait to see her again.

Two Months

Today Lincoln had his two month checkup. He is 24.75 inches which means he is in the 95th percentile for height. He only weights 12.4 pounds which puts him in the 50th percentile for weight. He also received some shots where he screamed an ear piercing scream for a moment and then fell asleep. I would post a cute picture of him, but they are all on Ben's computer and I am too lazy to turn it on. Yes I just admitted that.
